Have you ever held a kitten,
or a puppy wrapped in fur?
Did you ever let them kiss you,
I know you did, I'm sure.

Have you ever watched a kitty play,
with a ball of squiggly yarn,
or listened to his warm little purrrrr,
when you cuddled him in your arms?

Little puppies wag their tails
and lick your chin and face.
They know you'll always love them,
although mistakes are made.

They will always love you
no matter what you say,
they'll wag their tail and scamper,
and always want to play.

Remember little children,
love all of God's small creatures,
even little Sidney Snails.
